importing from excel to outlook

Sheila

I'm trying to import from excel to outlook and I get to the dialogue box to
import. My only choices at that point are 'change destination', 'back' and
'cancel'. I've spent most of today on this and I have done it in the past but
I can't remeber how I did it. Is there a limit to the size of the lsit?
Thanks

In that dialog there is also a list box on the left hand side labeled (The
following actions will be performed) which should have at least one entry in
it (named range in the case of Excel). Make sure that the named range you
want to import has a checkmark beside it and you should be all set - the
rest of the options on that page will become activated once a selection has
been made.
