Select all the elements of that page, Group and lock them together, then
Copy / Paste into the other document.

| Yeah, but the font & paragraph settings kept getting messed up. I
| finally figured out how to set the default in the receiving document,
| so cutting and pasting works ok.

| I thought there might be a way of putting the whole page in, in one
| operation, rather than have to select all the text boxes, frames,
| etc.. But that works ok by using "select all".
