importing the inbox

I just purchased a new PC and I want to import my Outlook
inbox from my old PC into the Outlook inbox of my new
PC. I'm going to dismantle my old PC eventually and I
don't want to lose those old files. My old PC had
Outlook from office 2000. My new one is using Outlook
from Office 2003. Has anyone done this before?

Outlook files, and the other gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook
