Importing website made in publisher

I saved my file (it's a 500+ mb .pub save file) and it saved 27kb. Without
noticing I closed the program and when I opened it again to edit the site I'd
been working on, it said the file was downloaded incorrectly (which it was
never downloaded, it was created on Publisher form this very computer by me).
I have the html export and index_files folder, how can I import it all back
or get and older save file?

The html export as you call it should be index.html.
Try onpening this from PUB >Files >Open and see what you get.
