In MS Publisher 2003, how to sort a list in a textbox?

I'm creating a small cookbook, and am adding an index to the recipes. I'd
like just to list them as I come to them, and then sort them alphabetically.
I can't find Sort in Publisher. Any ideas?

Copy the list, paste into a Word table, sort, copy back to Publisher.
