I have a complicated problem that I would like a solution to. There is a general account that everyone in my department uses. When the email task is completed, the email is moved to a subfolder called completed
The problem is, I would like a way to add someone's initials, user id, unique number (whatever the case may be) to the email that is being moved. Ultimately what I would like, is if a message is marked read, some sort of identifier is attached, so that we can track who moved the message.
