When I open Outlook I see who the message is sent to (daa
like I don't know who I am)

How do you change the inbox to show who the message is
from? I don't want the messages sorted in alphbetical
order.

Check your view. (View | Current View)

If you want to reset Outlook 98/2003 back to its default, start Outlook 1
time with the /cleanviews command line switch.
