i was sent directions to me via email. In order for me to get the directions
i was instructed to scan and download the email which i did. The email is a
powerpoint email and i don't know how to retrieve it. Can you give me
instructions on how to get the information. Thank you.

It is probably an attachment to your email save it to your HD. If you do not
have PowerPoint on your system you can download the free viewer here
