Inoperable option boxes

I have created a Word form that uses option boxes to allow a bit of
simplicity for the user. The Word form is intended to be delivered to the
user by e-mail. All of the recepients so far have reported that the option
boxes are inoperable. What am I missing? What do I need to do so that this
feature is operable for the user after they open the file? (It is sent as
an attachment to an e-mail.)

You may find that using the Checkboxes on the Forms Toolbar and protecting
your document will bode much easier than using the option buttons or other
items on the Control Toolbox! These are really designed for programming
code that captures data for other uses, etc. If you need assistance on
designing forms using the Forms Toolbar holler back and I'll direct you to
