I have a spread sheet with a colum of names, across the top I have headings
such as date,pay rate, etc. When I use the form only the 1st name comes up
then the form doesn't reconize any other names. Can anyone help with this
problem?

Hi Red

when you're talking about the "form" i'm assuming the form found under the
Data menu - if this isn't correct please post back with more details on the
form.

Anyway, if it is the form under Data then the first thing to check is that
you don't have any completely blank rows in your list area (look for hidden
rows).

If this isn't the problem when the data / form comes up on the top right it
says 1 of xxx (just above the NEW button) - what is shown there?
