insert file box

When I try to do a Tools/Insert/File from an email in Outlook 2003 the box is
fullscreen - how can I alter the size? It is normally small & now it's
annoying the cr#p out of me! Thank you.

Compress the size of the window by dragging the corners of the screen. Once
you have achieved your desired screen size, then close & reopened it again.
This time it should open in the size that you had previously set.

Did you try double-clicking the title bar?
