Are you trying to combine many Publisher documents or are you trying to connect
text boxes?

The former can be accomplished by a simple copy/paste. Publisher will
automatically connect text boxes and add pages.

The latter is simply inserting pages with text boxes and linking.

Hi Mary,
I am read your post in the hopes that it would help me combine multiple
publications. It did not. Every time I try paste, Publisher selects what I
already have and then pastes, deleting my first page in one publication and
replacing it entirely with my other. It is not automatically adding pages or
anything. Just replacing. When I manually add pages, and then paste the
second publication on the newly added second page, I have to sit there and
manually adjust the positioning again. I am looking for a means of making a
final publication from many others. I would like to just drag and drop if
possible. Any suggestions?

You can open any number of Publisher documents at a time if you want to drag and
drop. Right-click the Windows toolbar,click tile or cascade the open documents.
Select the text box and drag.

The secret to pasting is to copy just the text, place your cursor at the end of
the text in the primary document, paste.
