Insert Word into Powerpoint (2003)

Is there a way to insert a zipped file into a PPT (2003) presentation? I'm
trying to insert a Word document and have tried the Word Send to Powerpoint
command. However I need to send over a Table (which is in Word) The Word
Send to command requires Header 1 , header 2 etc. When I change the table to
Header 1 etc., it really messes up the table. Any ideas?
