Inserting multi-Page PDF's files into Publisher 2007

I have a 25 page PDF file that I need to insert into a Publisher '07
document. I am able to get the first page using the INSERT OBJECT menu but
can't figure how to get the second+ pages. I don't want to change the
original PDF file if possible.

I also have a few related questions.
What is the difference between the CRETE NEW and CREATE from FILE?
If you don'thave Adobe ACROBAT (I do but some of the people who submit files
to us don't) is there a way of doing this (adding multiple PDF pages) with
only READER?

I don't think so. Well, you could try using a screen shot if you weren't
real picky about how it looked.

Create from file and create new mean exactly that. From file means you have
an existing file. Create new means you don't.
