inserting picture into a template

I have a template that when I open a document copy of it,
I want to see a button/grey area (whatever), saying "click
here to add picture".

When I do click there, the questions should disappear and
the "Select Picture" window should open and once I choose
a picture, it should go to a specific designated area
and "autofit" to the standard/constant size that has been
preset (something like 3 inches by 3 inches).

Hi Glen,

You need a macro for this, and you can insert a macrobutton
field in the template for the user to click to activate the
macro.
