Inserting Sound Clip

Can I insert a sound clip into an invitation I created on Publihser, which I
will be email out? I found a sound clip, but can't figure out a way to
insert and have it play?

Nope. Sound in emails (and web pages, for that matter) is annoying and
is to be avoided. Things that happen automatically in emails are
potential security holes and are to be avoided. And Publisher is not an
email program, so doesn't support some fancy email-only things.
