Installing Office 2000 in a Windows 2003 TS

Our company is trying to install Microsoft Office 2000 in
a new box with Windows 2003 Server. We installed the
terminal server in the server and now we want to install
the Office 2000 for the user's use.

How do we do this?

I need to download the Office resource KIT for 2000.
Where can I download it from?
