Installing Office 2003 Update

My computer crashed and I can only run a few programs. I
cannot run my old Office 2000 programs. I need to set up
the new computer before I can let my old computer die.
For now I don't have Internet access on the new machine.

I want to order a 2003 upgrade verison, but it appears
that you need to be able to sign on in order to get it to
work. I'm just going by what I am reading on-line. MS
provides little info on this.

If I can't get on-line how do I get Office to run?
