Internet Explorer Script Error when I try to access help files

I have office 2003 on my desktop and notebook and lately whenever I try to
access the help files from any office application on the laptop I get the
Internet Explorer Script Error message where it asks if I want to continue to
run scripts on this page. Any ideas on how to solve this? I have all of the
latest updates installed.

Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, advance tab, check >>Disable Script
Debugging in both boxes, clear >>Display a notification about every script
error.

I am trying to access the Outlook help topics and I keep getting a script
error. A topic list appears with the information I need, but the script error
box appears.
