For restricting access to a PPT presentation one must click Permission in
File Menu.

I cannot find Permission in File Menu. Am using PPT 2003 of Office Standard
Edition.

You can create content with restricted permission using Information Rights
Management only in Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003.
