Is Project for me?

I am looking for help from experienced project users to determine if this
product is the right product to do what I need. I am looking for a project
manager to coordinate a project, delegate tasks to users, collect data from
users, be able to report on inprocess projects, report on non completed and
completed tesks, etc and then store all the data collected by all the users
in one place for future reference
