Is Project right for me?

I am the lead project manager that wants to be able to view all of our
projects at once. I don't need to see all the "tasks" since that is more for
the individual project managers. I am more interested in seeing how all of
our projects line up and with what resources they are using, start/end dates,
etc.

Currently I have all of our projects as "tasks" so that I can view them on
one graph. Is this the best way or...

Hi,

This is normally done by linking all the prohejects to a resoruce pool and
from there create a "amster project"
Look up the help for resource Sharing
