Is there a way to add your custom report to the toolbar?

I've got a user that has created a custom report and runs it frequently. He
would like to know if there is a way to add the custom report to the toolbar
(with an icon) or to the 'View' drop down menu? Anything besides having to
go to View...Reports....Custom, etc. Thanks.

Hi Joanneb,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

The simplest way is to record a macro selecting the report and adding it to
a toolbar. Full instructions can be seen in my series on Microsoft Project
in the TechTrax ezine, particularly # 16 on Macros, at this site:
http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:
http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMFrame.asp?CMD=ArticleSearch&AUTH=23
(Perhaps you'd care to rate the article before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
