Just show Milestones

Jenn

I have 3 very large projects with tons of sub tasks. I would like to bring
together all the projects into a single project to view them concurrently.
Here is the catch- I just want to show the milestones. I do not want to
bring over the sub tasks. The file would be too huge! I really just want
this "master project" to be a snap shot of all the milestones from each
project pulled together. Can this be done without bringing all of the
subtasks along? I don't care if it is not dynamically linked.
TIA!

Jenn,

The BFAI (brute force and ignorance) method I would use is to copy/paste the
three different project files into a new project file by first applying the
Milestone filter to each of the original (3) projects.

I hope this helps! :)

Jenn,

You could create on Consolidated File instead of copy/paste. Then filter
for milestones.
