Labels printing outside label

There is some setting incorrect on my PC when trying to print some
standard labels from a word mail merge.

If I do the mail merge on my PC, the addresses (i am trying to print)
do not print correctly on the labels.
When I use my coleagues PC and carry out the procedure in the exact
same way it works fine.
Any ideas???

Seems to me that would be a printer driver issue.
