You can save an Outlook folder as a single file, and you'll have the ability
to import the emails or whatever in it back to Outlook.

Click File, Import and Export...
Choose Export to a file, click Next
Choose Personal Folder File (.pst), click Next
Now choose the folder you want to export. Check Include subfolders if
needed, and play with the Filters if you want. Click Next.
Click Browse and choose where you want to save the file. Click Finish.
