Word limited me to a 22"x22" document. How do I get Word (Office) to go
bigger.

Hi John,

It's a hard limitation in Word. You can use Excel or
MS Office Publisher or an application that can tile
Word documents for larger single pages.

That's stupid... What if my printer supports a 48"x48" page? The driver will
do it so my WYSIWYG software should work as well, or is this just another
"Microsoft knows best" decision?

I guess that saving your docs with smaller fonts really does save space.

It is not a matter of "knowing what's best". Despite what you think,
not all software can do everything. It's just a computer program.

Use software that is fit for purpose. Word is a word processor not
really intended for this purpose.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
