layout in publisher 2007

I have used publisher 2003 and it had a layout function like the one in
powerpoint, where I could click on a design for an empty page that specified
the position of images, headline, text etc. I can't find this function in the
2007 version.

What happened? Can I install this in the new program?

Do you have *Show Publication Types when starting Publisher* enabled in Options?
I'm not sure this is what you are asking about. When Publisher opens all the
different page options are available. None are blank however. The idea is to to
replace your information with the faux information.
