I have a number of folders under my LDAP account, and even though I
have marked these for subscribe, entourage seems to "forget" them
and just shows the first 15 say folders instead. This is VERY frustrating
indeed. As I can select LDAP folders, click refresh list, the folders do
reappear in the left hand folder list, but then if you go back to the
inbox it just shows the first 15 again. It acts as if either entourage isn't
saving it's settings (although I think this is unlikely as it seems to
remember which folders it should be subscribed to when you refresh
the list in LDAP options), or there's a bug in the software somewhere
and it times out not collecting all the folders.
Please can someone help with this as to be honest, entourage isn't very
workable if you can't access all your email folders when you want to!
