Levelling when resourcers are less than 100% available

Assume I have 2 tasks, "task 1" and "task 2". I assign "Bob[75%]" to
each of them and try to level them.

I was hoping the system would do something like :

task 1 xxxxxxxxxxxxx Bob[75%] xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
task 2 xxxxxxxxxxxxx Bob[25%] xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxyyyyyyy Bob[75%]
yyyyyyy

Thus utilizing Bob fully. Instead I get :

task 1 xxxxxxxxxxx Bob[75%] xxxxxxxxxxx
task 2 xxxxxxxxx Bob[75%]
xxxxxxxxxxx

Any way around this ?

Hello AndersJagd,

The Resource Leveling command in project will *never* change resource
assignment units. If you wish to have Bob assigned at 75% to task 1 and
25% to task 2, you will need to make those assignments yourself.
