Linked photos and how to display

Using Access 2002 - I have a database of road features that I use in my job,
and I have over 2000 photos that I am linking to individual features. Up to
10 photos may be linked to any one feature. If I use the hyperlink feature,
and input the linkage from the form, I am able to open the photo from the
form area but not from the data table. If I link the photo from the table, I
can open from the table but not from the form area. I thought I should be
able open a linked photo from either area (note: a few of my earlier linkages
do open from both areas, just not many). What have I done wrong? anything?
Also, I would like to be able to print a single photo for each feature
(limited number of features - say 100) to a report. How do I get the photos
to load to a report? Can it be done without VBA? I do not know how to use
VBA (or should say I haven't used it at all in my DB.

You should only be using tables to store information. Use the form to
hyperlink.

As far as your report goes, I wouldn't know (sorry).
