Linking fields from different databases

Hi,

I have two different databases, "DB-A" and "DB-B". I want
to link the two databases so that they update each others
data in only 2 fields. DB-A contains data in the
table "CompanyName" and I need data from the
fields,"Companypbxuser" and "Companypbxpass" that will
update the data that I have in DB-B in the fields "login"
and "password" in both the "PhoneSystem" and "Voicemail"
tables. Can anyone please help?
