List Numbering Font Change

I've created my lists with headings in word 2007, and everything is working
fine. I selected my font as calibri 12pt and everythign shows up fine. when
I save, exit, and reopen the file, all of my numbering shows up in times
12pt. I can't find anywhere in the styles menu that shows times for any part
of any of the headings. If I change allt he numbering to calibri by
highlighting each heading level, it changes, but then goes back to times when
the file is reopened. any suggestions?

On what style are your heading styles based? For the highest level heading,
set the base style as No style and then base each of the lower level heading
styles on the style of the heading that is one level above it.

If you create a template to hold your numbering scheme, you can use that
template as the basis for new documents (using File > New) and the new
documents will then inherit your numbering scheme. To do that, see:
