If you are an Outlook user you can create a calender and save it to
HTML and make it available through the web. Rather than actually
emailing the calendar itself you would just email a link to your web
page. This is a little more complicated for you in the beginning
perhaps, but may prove to be a more simple solution longterm. It
eliminates the potential that your recipients may have to have any
special software to read the calendar. Once you have the process down
and the tools in place you simply keep your new Outlook Calendar
up-to-date, and when ready save it to HTML, and let your people know it
has been updated.
If you do not want the calendar to be public you would need a web
hosting solution that would allow you to require the user login to see
the calendar. I have an example at
