Lost all Microsoft Outlook data after doing a Windows Update

I lost all my data in Microsoft Outlook today as well. I
loaded some Windows Updates and then was told that
Outlook was corrupted. Before I knew it, I lost
everything. I looks like it happened to others today as
well. how can I restore old address book, inbox etc.
