Lost Color in Publisher Document

D

denise

I changed a few settings in my publisher document in order to make it print
black and white (Under Advanced Print Settings I changed Output in the
Separations tab to composite grayscale, and under Properties I changed the
color to black and white...I did both b/c when I just did the latter it still
printed in color). Now my document is black and white period, not just when I
print or in print preview. All the colors in my pallette are shades of gray
where they used to be colors. I have tried just changing the settings back
but it is still in grayscale. What should I do?

Thanks,
Denise

If you look in your Personal Information, it probably has the black and white
color scheme as the default. If not, try this:

Delete/rename the custom color scheme you created. It is in a folder similar to
this:
c:/Documents and Settings/<<user name>>/Application Data/Publisher

The file is called custcols.scm, either delete this file or rename it to
custcols.old.
