lost contacts and emails

Nightmare weekend. I updated my Office and my Outlook stopped functioning.
So, I started again from scratch, reloaded everything but lost my emails and
contacts. I know they're stored somewhere on my computer - any ideas where I
might find them?

Search for the .pst file; failing that, restore the backup you made before
the upgrade.
