Lost Contacts while Upgrading...

Hi,

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002 and for some reason Outlook 2002
doesn't have any of my contacts or notes that I had in 2000.

Can someone advise if I can recover these contacts and notes please?

How did you "upgrade?"
How did you migrate your Outlook Data File?
