Hello,
I have a file that has to be emailed out, so I cant directly link it to
the file path on my computer.
Therefore, I inserted the desired Excel file as an icon in my word
document as an "Object". Throughout my word document, I want to
reference certain tabs in the excel document. How can I do this?
I tried using the "Select All" feature while recording a Macro, and
then I was able to Click - Edit - Worksheet Object - Open. It worked;
however, the macro only works if Im in the exact line and exact space I
was in when I recorded the macro (the macro records all my movements).
Therefore, I'm trying to find a way around this? Essentially, how
can I have multiple links or references to my embedded worksheet all
throughout my word document. Remember- this file is going to be email
out.
I have only limited experience with macros. I usually just record them
all by using the mouse and keyboard- meaning the program writes them
out in the background and I then go in and make any changes.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
