Your talking about Templates. Templates contain all kinds of goodies, including boiler
plate text, styles, autotext and macros (code). You use a Template to create documents
from, rather than edit the template and save a new document from it.
The best and most professional approach is create a UserForm. Popup boxes are rather
unprofessional. Once you've entered data into the pop boxes the user can't go back and
change the data if they got it wrong. Do try to avoid this method if possible.
A UserForm will require some effort, but you'll be pleased with the result. With a
UserForm all data is entered in the one place and you can change it as much as you like
until you are happy with it. The UserForm then pushes the data entered into it's controls
into bookmarks in the document.
