Macros on Enterprise Global

We are using Citrix with Project Pro. I created a Macro on the Enterprise
Global Template expecting it to be available for all users but it is not. It
works for me but it seems to be attached to the Users Global Template file
stored in the Documents and Settings > User Folders > Application Data ... I
tried opening VBA and copying and pasting the macro to the enterprise level
or even in the project template we are using and it is still not showing up
for the other users. Is there a way to make a macro Global across the
server, or will I have to update the Global Template file manually on each
user profile?

Have you changed the macro security level in Proj Pro on the citrix farm ?
If it's still set to high, try reducing the security settings to medium.

I changed it to Low and double checked that it stayed that way the next time
I logged in and it still did not work.

re-check that you added the macro to global(Enterprise) and not
global(Project).
