Mail Format when replying

Hi there,

Outlook 2002 (10.3513.3501) SP-1 on WIN XP SP-2

I have created my own mail format with Tahoma as text and blue as the text
colour.

What I have noticed, is that when people reply on my mail, the text format
is fine, just as I have created it.
What I cannot figure out though, is that when I reply on that, the text
type changes to Times New Roman, black as text colour and 12 as the point
size.

I hope my mail makes sence.
