Using outlook 2003 and mail merging from public folder contacts. Works great,
but would like a copy of the recipients to keep on file. We have used the
option to save a permanent contact data file, but the format of the file is
unreadable. I have tried converting to a table or opening in excel, but then
sees multi-line addresses as new records. Thanks in advance for any advice.
