Mail Merge - Multiple Addresses from Access Sorce file

I would like to use an Access Sorce File in a Mail Merge in Pub to
bring in a list of addresses like an address book. Pub is forcing only
one mail merge address for each print job. how can I get a list of
addresses (an address book) into one Pub doc??

What version Publisher? The catalog merge will make a directory.
You will have to setup your publication much like labels. If you have 10 entries per
page, do some math, consider your margins and input this number into the page setup
(custom). In this instance the page setup would be 1.0 x 7.5, change copies per
sheet. Top margin .5, side .5, no gaps.
