Mail Merge on another user's profile

Hi,

We use Outlook 2003. Our Customer Service Manager needs to do some
mail merges for all of our Sales Reps using their contacts which are on a
Public
Folder. She has access to these contacts from her Outlook Profile.

The problem is that when she sends out the mail merge, the email sends
from
her mailbox.

We would like to set up her Outlook so that she can open the Sales Reps
profiles, but not be able to see anything but their contacts, so that when she
sends the mail merge, it will be sent from the Sales Reps name/profile.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

Set up profile with a POP3 or IMAP acct using the name and email address you
want her to use. the incoming mail acct can be faked - she just needs to be
able to send through the smtp server.

You can put the accts in her profile - but she'll need to the acct as
default as mail merge uses the default acct. It might be better if she has
to log out of outlook and into a different profile.
