Mail Merge

Have created a mail merge, Envelope and Data file. I
have no difficulty doing a merge however. I have
approximately 100 names in the data file. Want to send
letters to a select 30 names. Is there a way to randomly
select the desired 30 names??

This is very easy if you have Word 2002 or 2003, where you can open the list
of recipients and check the ones you want included.

The best bet would be to make a copy of the data source and randomly
delete entries from it before merging.
