We are using Outlook 2003 and cannot locate Propagate Labels?

Last I looked it was on the Mail Merge Toolbar.

You must be using Word 2003 as your email editor to see the Mail Merge
option. Or just use Word for labels.

Last I looked it was on the Mail Merge Toolbar.
Did you look there?

That's all in the directions I posted. If he was looking for the "Propagate
Labels" I suspect he's already gotten to Word.
