Making a catalog "turn the pages"

C

chopperchic05

I have created a 20 page catalog with Publisher 2002 in booklet form. How do
I make the booklet "turn the pages" before I save to a PDF format so that
when the PDF is opened the pages are not out of order?

I have the catalog as a PDF also... and when it opens, the pages are in the
order they would be if printed. pgs 2 and 19, 18 and 3, etc. However, they
are obviously still in order in Publisher. My web guy said "send the
Publisher file to (him)" but I want to know how to do it and not pay the web
guy if I can handle it.

I know what you want now! You want to see just page 1, page 2, etc. Not the
full layout.

I fought that battle last year with a handbook I created. At least yours is
only 20 pages, mine was 64. Do you happen to have Acrobat or are you using
something else?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Professional. So does that mean that it can be
changed in Acrobat? Just to make sure I was clear, the booklet is two
pages on each 8x11 sheet in horizontal view. I am looking to have the
pages turn if possible like an interactive magazine...or at least just have
the pages show up in order.
You've been great, I appreciate your help so far.

I did this the hard way several times before I found the easy solution.

I opened every single button on the print screen and can't find a thing that
says change page order.....I looked in both the Adobe and Publisher since I
wasn't clear on where I was to look.

File - Print - change the driver to Adobe PDF - look in the lower left
corner of the Print dialog box, Change page order.

Maybe I should ask which version of Publisher and which version of Acrobat
you are using.
