Making a template show up on the Visio 2002 Pro Start up Screen

After I create a template, how do I have it show up on the Visio Start Up
Screen along with the "Choose Drawing Types" that are packaged?

Basically add the file path to the file folder than contains the template to
the File Path under Options. You will also ned a preview picture to show as
the sample.
