Office 2003 document scanning. I have followed the online advice for scanning
multiple images into a single file as well as the troubleshooting advice in
"help" but when I click "continue" to scan the second document I get a
"scanning interrupted" message with the options "discard" or "done".

Hi Davton,

Can you be more specific on the steps you're following and if you're using a document scanner (automated). The multifeed ones tend
to be a problem, especially if you're not using TWAIN drivers.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for responding. My scanner is a simple HP Scanjet 4200c, I have to
manually place a page after each scan. The procedure I have been following is
- click on OFFICE TOOLS, click on OFFICE DOCUMENT SCANNING. In the SCAN NEW
DOCUMENT BOX that appears I tick the "prompt for additional doc's" box and
under preset options I have unticked "scan each page as a separate doc."
I then click on "scan" & the first one is fine. When I click for the next
scan the dialogue box says "scanning" for about 2 seconds then stops &
displays the message "scanning interrupted". At this point I am presented
with the options of clicking on "done" or "discard" but There is no "try
again" option.
I'm not sure if there is anything else I can tell you but if you think of
something please ask.
Thanks again for your help.
